2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

Ok, we want to get a really good price on this. To make this possible we try to do everything for you and you just drive the truck. We pack every thing (we pack really good, so we are responsible for every damage that may occur) and we will load all the stuff into the trailer and unload it upon arrival (will need 3-5 hours to load and 3-4hrs unload). All items are on first floor, not a single step. We have hand truck and will do everything ourselves, if you want you can guide or direct how to stack things (if you want). We arranged with police department to reserve parking for big tractor trailer on the street when we are ready to load (it can be reserved for up to 1 day).  

 

Large 1 bedroom apt. Living with couch, 2 chairs, and entertainment shelf with large tv downstairs. At least 12 boxes downstairs. Upstairs has queen bed set with frame, side dresser, and large chester drawer that large tv sits on. 12 boxes upstairs and other small nicknacks.  

this is only about a 14ft uhaul truck full. Stuff is already packed in a room at a friends house and ready to go.

I have moved 3 times in last 3 years. Most of my stuff is in two storage units (16x 10, 10 x 10). In my sister's detached home, is the rest of it (the pics are of the based apt where I have been dwelling. Everything but the armoir you see in the photos is mine.  

 

 

 

 

Delivery location is a gated apartment complex in which Semi Trucks are not allowed. There is an unloading zone 50 ft from building entrance, but it can't be a semi truck (a shuttle might be needed or something like that). Elevator is available,but destinantion apartment is in the top floor (4th Floor). Pick up location is on the ground floor, but it is town home, so there is one flight of stairs. We want unloading and unloading to be included on the quote. Would like pick up around March 18th for delivery around or before April 1st. Quote must include these details, don't want surprises with added fees.  

 

Will need two TV's to be covered for shipping. As well as room furniture covered. Shipment is scheduled to start after 3:30PM Monday.  

 

 

I live on the first floor so its easy access, i live in a gated community. I also have a dog. possibly a bike (if it will fit) otherwise this is it, pretty simple.
