The boat and the trailer (plus the gear) are around 3000 pounds. Time isn't too much of a concern, as long as I receive it in Québec City by mid Septembre. The trailer will have plates and insurance and is currently being updated by professional mechanics. Pick up and delivery are pretty flexible.  

Hi Not sure if the boat can be trailered due to the condition of the trailer. It may need to be in a container. I am not experienced with trailers or their towing ability. If in a container, it can be picked up a depot as the hill to the marina is too steep for a semi. Maggie

Dimensions include trailer. Boat and trailer must be transported on flatbed or enclosed truck, not towed  

Dimensions are an estimate. Boat has a 5'3" draft and sits on a folding cradle. Beam is 10.5" and length is 29.7" plus the pullpit. Mast is currently on top of the boat but can be taken down with the club crane if the boat can be moved to the club crane before transport  

 

 

This boat is in Whitby Ont and needs to be brought out to Stony Plain, Alberta- 20KM west of Edmonton by May 12th as we have only one day to Crane in boats into Lake Wabamun. The boat will be on a brand new trailer (Marine Cradle Trailers) specifically for this boat. I just need someone to haul it to Alberta as I do not have the appropriate class of licence to haul this size of boat in Ontario. The boat is 10' 8" so it will be an oversized load. as well, with the trailer and boat it is 13' 3" tall and therefore cannot be put on any trailer unless you want to do a Over Height as well. I AM LOOKING FOR A PICK UP TOW. the trailer is set for a 2 5/16 ball with a 7 pin electrical set up  

 

Trailer is currently at the trailer shop. The dual axle trailer appears home built with the boat resting on 6 pads and the keel. 4 new tires and a used spare. new axles, new electric brakes on All wheels. Electric breakaway also. The boat is 1986 X yachts X 99. Although the Drascombe Lugger has a retractable centre board, and is on a trailer, I do not wish it to be towed on that trailer. Instead I would like the boat and the trailer to be transported in a truck or on a flatbed. The trailers width from outside wheel to outside wheel is 8'. The trailer and boats combined length is 20'. There are oars, floorboards, a centre board, masts, sails and rigging, and a 4hp outboard motor with fuel tank that would be placed in boat prior to shipping. The boat also has a cover.
