Very bad service. He got another carrier. The machine broke down on the way and I personally had to contact the truck driver because Alex did not answer the phone. Then he asked me for full payment in advance before delivering the machine. It was very racist that he had already worked with other Hispanos and that he knew us, he was too upset about not paying him the total, he hung up the phone. he kept threatening me by WhatsApp with charging me more if I did not have the cash.
