I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period They don't answer my calls or emails. I have 1 week to complete the move.

Delivered exactly how it was picked up to 3rd party We packaged in center of large custom box (of ours) upon delivery we unpacked in driveway and was told to place on filthy garage floor at delivery! The nerve of this customer! We treated this like Gold! Arrived in perfect condition!

The whole UShip experience was great for me! Jill from TRSinc was fantastic. She was always in communication prior to their arrival, the truck was spotless, and they delivered on time to me in Florida. I woudl highly recommend using them for any of your moving needs. The entire process was easy and efficient. I know I made the right choice in choosing them. They were even flexible and worked around my time time constraints. They called me upon pick up of my item to inquire about inspection. I would definitely use them again!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider As requested, I sent the shipper a detailed list of the items to be shipped and where they were located. His first email stated he was a full service shipping company and that he would pack the truck and then he sent me an email stating he would review the shipment and then informed me he could not fulfill his end of the bargain as the list contained more than twenty items. The listing clearly stated approximately 20 items. I accepted his bid over another bid and he has caused me great inconveni

Customer lied! NOT 20 PIECES! Emailed a list of 37 pieces of furniture. Couldnt read! the other bidder said he would dedicate his trailer, I said I had other customers on my TRUCK! I even asked is this 20 pieces of furniture? Beware this should be bid for at least 45 pieces because she will find more! We have other loads on our truck so hers would not fit and it would of been a higher bid. Bid for large heavy furniture some upstairs some in basement bid accordingly! NOT 20 PIECES AT ALL!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I want to cancel this booking and file a negative review on this company. I am disgusted with their customer service practice. I am now left looking for a new mover last minute, with a 3-day holiday weekend approaching, when I have less than a week left at my departure location. Please assist at earliest! The phone number on the booking details page was incorrect, called her several times left messages on her cell phone, she called back when we were closed stating she does not answer private calls. We still could have accomadated this move and picked up in time, but after threatening emails it was best to cancel. There was poor communication from this customer due to the fact she would not answer the phone.
