No he podido contactar a este cliente después de un periodo de tiempo razonable I attempted to contact shipper ([email protected]) 7/29 by email to contact me with pickup time. No answer. And tried to call and left message (816-651-6155 and 816-217-3536) twice and no reply. And I went to business at 1:30pm 7/31, knocked on all doors and attempted to contact anyone on site but no one was there apparently.

His email went to my spam folder which explains our lack of response to emails. The mover did call my number, but I was in meetings at the time. Which is why I always give our uShip movers my managers number. This number that was provided on the uShip delivery credentials was never called. If he had called my manager, a successful pickup would have been made. But, we'll let bygones be bygones and move on.
