Very bad experience even tho the name of company is kayak... it was listed as 6 paddeboards. When i arrive as scheduled im told they arent paddleboards that they are 6 to 8 inch thick kayaks with chairs in boxes. Also the assistant says the customer decided to add on 1 more

We put in the measurements for the largest 13ft x 35 inch paddle board in the shipment, yes there were a couple 10ft x 32 inch kayaks . Our customer did add an extra paddle board to the shipment which we asked the driver how much they wanted for the extra product. They told us 460 which we gladly agreed. They decided they wanted an extra amount after they made shipment. Lady cussed me out over the phone while i was sitting with my family for thanksgiving meal. Terrible person!
