Kevin bent over backwards to get this shipment delivered. The shipment was a unit I sold to a customer who gave us the wrong delivery address and was difficult to reach during delivery. Kevin was patient and even texted me that he will "get it done" and how he likes to finish any job he commits to. After finally getting a hold of the customer and getting the correct address, Kevin was willing to redeliver the unit. I will gladly work with you again! Thanks!!
