Unfortunately, there were some missed pickups with this customer's shipment because it was booked during the Holidays. The LTL carriers missed the pickup on a couple occasions because they were closed or working skeleton crews those days. We stayed in touch with the customer throughout and did the best we could as a broker to meet his needs. Thank you.

THE BEST!!!!! If possible, Will use not one else.. I recently had to give 1st Class Shipping another try.. Once again it was a nightmare and almost cost me the loss of Auction items due to late pickup. Again -- only RL Carriers will shipping my freight.
