The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item dimensions and weight were misrepresented, the item offer was accepted because if the dimensions provided. Turns out the dimensions and the weight were incorrect. Usually it's not an issue but in this circumstance it was booked on dimensions provided.
