The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The dates were specific in the original listing. I went out of my way to adjust the pick up date AFTER the shipper accepted the shipment. Arranged for someone to be there when it was picked up. The shipper never showed up and never reached out to the receiver or shipper. No or poor communication doesn't work for me. We both have things to do, if you say you will be there, be there, and if you can't at least let me know. Don't waste your time with this shipper until they get their act together

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Terrible communication and left me hanging at the last moment scrambling to re-book. They said the driver quit mid shipment, but they were supposed to pick it up yesterday and I never heard from them. Never heard a thing all day until I reached out to them. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.
