3 Bedroom House Moving Services

I need help with the big stuff, we can do the boxes smaller stuff. Big stuff: washer/dryer, rolling tool box, fridge etc. I will be moving all the electronics also. This move is less than 2 miles from each other.  

Destination address is a high rise apartment building - we will reserve the elevator during the move time.

Home is 1,600 square feet  

I don't know how many boxes i would need. We just have clothes and small items other than what ive listed  

yard equipment (blowers, weed eaters), pressure washer, air compressor (sm) we need space for a 78" square redwood hot tub, I'll have in place to be loaded by a third party unless mover wants to move it from the back yard location  

This will need to be a full service move out on thursday the 20th, but everything will need to move into our garage, as the house isn't finished. We would then need to have the stuff moved into the new house several days later. The garage is about 20 feet from the house. If it is easier, the stuff could stay in storage until around the 25th, when the house will be complete.  

 

Bed is air bed and collapses to half size. Approximately ~50 boxes are packed already, so there is only ~20-30 boxes to pack and then wrapping and packing the furniture. The house in Charlotte is mainly 1 story, the second floor only has an exercise bike and a bench. The total weight of the shipment is approximately 9000lb  

Some items in pictures we will move ourselves, we are currently renting only appliances to be moved is washer and dryer. Clothes, food, cleaners, moving ourselves. I really want someone to come move us and not be overly critical of the items. Please ask questions, I am guessing on the box numbers, I have counted but we do have some more things to,pack. I want a mover who is going to place every box in the room I have it labelled for. Moving from 2 stories to 2 stories, my husband has already moved most boxes downstairs, we have not moved any furniture down yet.

We are seasoned movers and have used movers in previous moves. Everything will be boxed and ready aside from larger furniture which you will be responsible for disassembling and wrapping. I'm looking for a team of 3 people that can quickly prepare and load furniture and place already packed boxes securely into their moving truck and unload a small portion in Stockton, CA (on the route), and then proceed to San Jose for final unloading. The pick up would be at 7AM in Harbor City and loading should not take longer than 2-3 hours. The drive up to Stockon, CA should not take more than 5.5 hours where a portion of the items will be delivered. San Jose is about another 1.5 hours away and unloading along with light reassembly of furniture should not take more than another 2-3 hours. This is a one day move.  

 

House items have been packed and boxed by professional movers when the militray moved my goods to Texas. All items are in a 10x10x6 storage unit and need to be transported to Maine. Storage facility is located right off highway 83 with 24 hour access.  

 

I was able to haul off everything in a 17ft Uhaul truck when I moved to DC. Please note that when I packed the truck, it was done in a very inefficient manner and did not utilize all the space adequately.
