2 Bedroom House Moving Services

We're tentatively moving from Panama City, FL to Greenfield, MA around August 24, 2017. Widowed mom and 3 kids on a budget. Specific items to be moved are listed below. 1 queen mattress 1 queen box spring 1 queen bed frame (metal headboard, footboard & rails, taken apart) 3 twin mattresses (no boxsprings) 1 twin metal daybed frame (taken apart) 1 full size 5" futon mattress 1 futon frame (taken apart) 1 47" tv 2 32" tv's 1 small writing desk 1 small kid size rolltop desk 1 rocking chair 2 nightstands 1 small cabinet 2.5' long x 2.5' tall 1 floor lamp 1 washing machine 1 electric dryer 1 vacuum cleaner 1 wardrobe box (wedding dress) 8 large boxes 8 medium boxes 4 small boxes No dressers/armoires, no dining table/chairs, no living room furniture.  

 

This shipping is in a storage unit 10x20. Just needs to be loaded and delivered. No appliances. Couches already disassembled and wrapped. Can be picked up on or about September 10.  

 

 

Pick up mostly large items some boxes  

 

2 storage units need to be shipped to CA. No sofas. no dining table. Just one wooden bed frame and a wooden bunk beds. Otherwise just clear boxes , estimated around 60 to 75. one small ikea armoire for kids. 2 bicycles.  

 

 

2 pickups Both in Santa Barbara: 1st pickup is at a home with no steps, easy access from the street. Pickup involves 1 small heavy wood dining table approx 100lbs and 5 long x 3' wide and 3' tall and 6 dining chairs with high backs. In addition 1 leather chair approx 40" tall x 36" deep, with high back, 1 small leather footstool approx 2' x 18" x 18" , 1 plastic folding table approx 6' long and 1 folding tripod floor lamp. 2nd Pickup is also easy access just off the 101 fwy in Santa Barbara at San Marcos Storage. Here is an 8 x 10 Storage unit with drive up access. Approx 30 Mid sized Plastic clear crates with folding stackable lids. approx 10 Large Black Plastic Crates with yellow lids (see photos) also 22 Misc items like golf clubs in a bag, igloo cooler large, some bedding and pillows, #2 5' wood benches, 1 air bed, 1 plastic pet food bin, 5 misc mid size boxes, a few add'l loose items but not much more than listed. All items to be dropped at San Leandro Mini Storage in East Bay near Hayward, CA. Drive up easy access unit. 40' TRUCK MAX with good ground clearance needed no low trucks  

 

House location is difficult, you can't reach it if you have a trailer. You need a pickup truck to transport the items to the trailer. A uHal truck will fit  

 

Moving entire 2 bedroom 1 bath house to new location. List of items on 2nd floor to move out: 2 beds, 3 dressers, empty file cabinet, *no* boxes. List of items to move on 1st floor: hutch, couch, love seat, chair All other boxes and items are in detached garage on pallets and ready to be moved. Can pull truck up to garage door and start loading. All items will be dropped in garage at new location. Moving items into house is not required and will be done at a later date/time. Also there will be an outdoor heater, a living room fireplace and a couple of folding tables. No boxes or smaller items, and is not a full household full of stuff. Should be relatively quick and easy.  

Our house belongings are packed and stored in AC warehouse in Tampa, Fl. We need the load to be picked up and trucked to Vermont. We have people in Vermont to help unload.
