This is a very small 2 bedroom. There isn’t any bedroom furniture like dresser or end tables. Just one full bed Fran, headboard footboard and rails. There’s also 2 adult bicycles a power wheel car. 3 piece sectional. Dismantled dining room tables it’s 3 feet wide when assembled. 3 foot tall water dispenser one foot in diameter. One 55 inch tv and one 32 inch tv. One acoustic guitar. One child’s power wheel car. I non foldable patio chairs with a small foldable patio table. One stroller. One full mattress and one king size mattress and 2 twin box springs. One disassembled daybed and organizer. Then about 13 small to medium boxes with various things. And one Christmas tree box. In my experience, all of this can comfortably fit in a 16ft box truck.  

This is a 2 mile move from a duplex with 2 stories into a first floor apartment. I have a very gentle dog who will be crated/out of the way, just adding it here for anyone who might be allergic to dogs!  

2 pick ups both in Richmond and 1 drop off also in Richmond. Pick up 1: 2 bedroom apt on the 3rd floor w/ elevator. 800 Semmes Ave, Richmond VA. Pick up 2: 1st floor 10x30 storage unit. 4805 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA.  

 

2 bed apartment, but the second room is practically empty. The items I'd need moved is a desk which isn't very large, a 62" cat tree, a queen mattress, the platform frame which I will break down in parts, an 8 cube organizer shelf, a 3 seat sofa, a sofa chair, ottoman, coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 tables which are just about the size of a small coffee table if you put them together, a 55" TV, and a round dining room table with 4 chairs. Estimating around 20 large boxes.

I have a list of items and can send it for further review to help with the quote. We will be moving stuff to fill a smaller 1000 SF home with some outdoor items as well as plants.  

 

 

 

2 stops needed to load: 1st stop is 12 mins/9.7 miles from storage unit. I have a medium chest freezer (half full), a lightweight twin-sized futon and about 10 boxes. 2nd stop: My storage unit is lined with bankers boxes...5 foot high and arranged in a Ushape. I can count them next time I go. There are way less medium boxes but maybe 10 - 30 max. Lots of small stuff. The furniture is listed above. All of the boxes are going into a garage so I would just need the furniture moved into the house. It is a ranch. Tehachapi is about 7 hours from Grass Valley. I am in escrow and am only guessing at a move out date but I am working with the owner to pin it down asap. Looks like between Nov 9 - Nov 18

We are moving less than 1 mile within the Zilker neighborhood. We are going to move some of the items ourselves into the garage at the new house and will need help moving them up the stairs. Some of the larger, heavier items will need to be transported and moved between the 2 houses.  

One bedroom is my office. So there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and four dressers. The office has a table, small bookcases, one file cabinet. Living room and dining room areas are small. Living room has one couch and was recliner plus tables. Dining room has six-chair table. There are two bookcases in living room. Kitchen ware is normal for four people. There are two TV sets, ornaments, and paintings. Very few clothing left to pack. WILL NEED ASSISTANCE PACKING.  

Everything is packed in storage.Its 10' x 20' storage. Drive access. You have to bring them to Near Chicago. You need a big truck to load everything. Two sofa, two twin mattresses with box springs, one queen mattresses with box springs, dining table with six chairs, 2 twin bed frames, one queen bed frame, three book shelves, around 45 medium and large boxes, tables,grill, patio chairs, metal shelves and rest you can see in pictures  

 

I estimate about 20 large boxes, 15 medium and 30 small boxes. 1 coffee table, 1 small armoire, 1 tv stand, 1 tv 52”, 1 sectional (4 pieces), 2 folding closets, 20 plastic bins as seen on photo. One rack that hold bins, 1 thread mill, 1 washer, 1 dryer, 1 antique sewing machine and 1 regular sewing machine, 1 patio metal set. 1 Christmas tree, a few planters and about 10 small loose items (folding chairs, fireplace tools, cooler).
