I was first in line at Copart at 8am sharp, but they took over 1hr to locate the motorcycle/load my truck. This put me 35 minutes over the early closing time of 4pm on Friday at the end location. I don't feel 2 stars is warranted as over 400 miles were traveled, pickup and dropoff dates were both held (same day delivery across multiple states) and the drop was 35 minutes beyond projected. I think some perspective is important, and in order.
