Reading documents sent by shipper/broker . Reads not responsible for vehicle . I don't feel comfortable with that agreement

Incorrect- the contract specifies what is not covered, such as "act of god" incidents as defined by insurance, nuclear fallout, etc. All unusual situations- obviously. Fact is- customer accepted a bid from two companies and picked the one who shipped it cheaper. We can see the profile and the time a bid was accepted.
