Pickup and prep for shipment is required. Preperations required are just to insure no body damage will occur during shipment. I had previously recieved a price quote of $850.00 from Actionpackandship.com which included pickup/packaging/insurance (for value of $500.00) and transportation. Two weeks after I sent the completed forms to the company I had to contact them and they informed me that they had misquoted the price. I had the shipping value included when deciding on the price for the unit, and the new price no longer represents a price effective purchase. I was told by the seller that it can be transported in a fullsize pickup bed. If anyone is willing to ship for this price please contact me ASAP.

This is for shipping a 6 cylinder flathead engine, non crated, or palletized, from Gaston South Carolina, to Liberty Indiana, 47353 zip code. It will be set on your pickup truck, or small trailer, and I will unload it here with an engine hoist, must be able to get in my concrete driveway. I have had pickup trucks and Gooseneck Trailers in it, so anything smaller than a semi should be fine. I prefer to have the engine covered, but don`t have to. The weight should be about 400 pounds.
