Pick up location has a long driveway with pretty good room to turn around. Pick up location will need wheels or manpower for the couch and chair (no stairs), but it is located around the back along a concrete path with sufficient width. China cabinet is in garage right next to loading. Glass shelves must be removed and packed separately. The desk pictured is similar, but not the actual desk. It is a very lightweight, white, all wood desk.
Delivery location has one flight of straight stairs with no turns. Delivery is right next to stairs. Descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please also move an armoire from downstairs to upstairs as part of the bid, but it will not be going in the trailer. The armoire is also able to be moved along a concrete path with no stairs.

Items are in a 7×15' storage unit. Floor is covered. Things are not stacked up.
There is a Hydrow rowing machine. It measures 86 inches (218 cm) long, 25 inches (63 cm) wide, and 47 inches (119 cm) tall. It weighs 145 pounds (about 66 kg), but the wheels make it reasonably easy to move. It can ride upright. It has a tv screen.
There are two tvs - 55" and 65".
There are assembled Lego that are fragile - Titanic, House, spaceship, Hotel. Need to be handled with care and wrapped so they don’t fall apart and we don’t lose pieces.
The rest is boxes and Rubbermaid tubs. No furniture but there is some wall art. Items are coming to first floor storage. You will need to cut padlock in PSL.
I could fit contents in a trailer and pull it with my Explorer. It took movers who put stuff in storage less than 20 minutes to unload truck into unit. It is not a lot.
Dates are really flexible - pick up before Feb. 28 to avoid paying another month. Not a white glove move. Very flexible.
I know companies take a percent and I do tip.

Please pick up the Jukebox and also there are two boxes of music records that go with it do not forget!!!! very important the jukebox is made of glass tubes that are very delicate and all plastic on the front and sides and the corners so to move the unit please use the two handles on the back upper side of the jukebox and roll it because it has wheels but be very careful thank you for your help of transporting the music records and jukebox also please wrap it with a few blankets thoroughly. It is very delicate as it is made out of plastic and glass on the front and it will crack and can damage easily. There are two handles on the back, and it will roll on its wheels. There are also two boxes of records that are included you could please bring them with you that would be great, the boxes of records are probably 24 inches long by 12 inches wide by 12 inches high so that’s 1 foot high 1 foot wide 2 feet long I would like this Jukebox to be picked up and shipped in a enclosed trailer or vehicle through the whole process I do not want it to be exposed to the outside elements
