LARGE ITEM SHIPPING COST

These pieces are located a retail business/furniture store. They are ONLY open 10:30-5pm Wednesday to Saturday and Sunday noon-5. They must be picked up during business hours only. Do not plan to have help loading but the armoire should be movable by a dolly. There are no steps if you pull up to the curb.

Furniture is located in an apartment building with an elevator. I have a local contact who is willing to help load the furniture in the truck  

TOTAL WEIGHT ROUGHLY 10K POUNDS We recommend a 14k pound rated deckover or car haluer that is 15+ feet long. 3 rolls of turf each 883 pounds and 15'x 3'x 3' 3 pallets of sand each 48" W x 40" L 42" H each pallet 2,300 pounds. 1 miscellaneous pallet of nails, tape, glue. 48" W x 40" L 42" weighing 400 pounds. Pallets must remain dry at all times. Product to be loaded at business with forklift. The purchaser will unload trailer by hand at residence.  

this is a similar item its 70" long x 42" height. Driver needs 4 blankets to wrap this in full. This needs to be moved by 2 people. Plesae note the warehouse will NOT release this piece to you unless you come with 4 blankets.  

 

 

Item will need to be prepared by shipper with wrap. We have a dolly and furniture pads for it.

it's long but super light!! going straight to a house. will need more deliveries in the future!! would be greta to find someone who is in Austin frequently!  

Can separate into bookcase (upper) from lower portion. Legs are fragile, leaded glass in upper portion also fragile.

There are 3 steps leading up to front door. 1. Our budget is always the lowest price available from a highly rated shipper. 2. We are a business WITHOUT regular business hours so pickups and deliveries are by appointment only. We travel a lot so we need plenty of advance notice of pickup and we are flexible as to days and times including weekends as long as we have plenty of prior notice. Pickups must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the day of pickup, AND then 60 minutes notice before actual pickup unless otherwise agreed. For immediate payment upon delivery, we will need you to have our customer call us during the delivery to confirm satisfactory delivery. Otherwise, payment will be released once we confirm delivery with our customer. No payments will be released until the delivery is 100% completed (we've had shippers demand payment before the delivery was made). Dates are usually flexible. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms. We ship 100's of pieces every year and usually have other shipments going in the same direction so check with us to see if we have anything else going in your direction.
