SPORTING EQUIPMENT SHIPPING SERVICES

I'm hoping to find someone who is already traveling from Seattle to Dallas before February who can pick this up on their way. I'm only paying $300 for the item itself & would prefer not to pay more/much more than the cost of the item to ship it. I'm also flexible on the delivery location & can meet up somewhere in Dallas or Fort Worth Texas, or any north Texas suburb, to pick up the item and save the shipper on delivery time & costs. Please note that this item can be rolled on its back 2 wheels like a suitcase for easy transport, loading & unloading. However, it will need to be inspected at the time of pickup to ensure it is the advertised model and undamaged, and if wrapped, it will need to be wrapped with care to ensure that all components which can be misshapen under pressure, such as brake cables, mudguard, & pedal straps, do not have any pressure applied to them during transport. I also need details on your policy & fees for failed pickups (due to item damaged/not as described/not presented on time) before I can accept any quote, as this is coming from a private seller. Weight & dimensions are given for the item folded for transport, but not disassembled or packaged  

This exercise bike has two wheels on the back. You just have to pick it up by the front and can move it like a wheelbarrow.

All trikes are assembled, roll easily, no boxes required. No stairs. Easy loading. Budget for entire loop: $350–$400. Flexible pickup/delivery times. Looking for one driver to handle the whole route.
