2 Bedroom House Moving Services

2 x bed frames (deconstructed) 2 x mattresses 1 x crib (deconstructed) 1 x grill 1 x dining table 5 x medium bookcases (IKEA Kallax 2x4 and 2 other similar) 2 x office desk 4 x office chairs 2 x mini fridges Everything else is in boxes, I don't have a final count yet but will by mid next week latest, estimated 50 20x20x20 boxes. The delivery address will only allow move in Monday to Friday so I really need delivery on the 14th.  

was told I have about 800 cubic feet of stuff. Not 3 bedrooms full of furniture, one has a treadmill in it and a large mirror, the other is just a desk/tv/a few boxes. Master bedroom has just a queen bed and frame and boxes and clothes/shoes, no dressers. Family room is just boxes and TV not the sectional sofa. Lamps/knick knacks etc in boxes, books, pictures. Kitchen is usual stuff, boxes plus large granite table top and base and a sectional seating group. Large mirror, decor and more boxes. Basement has lots of large plastic storage containers full of pictures, books, pillows, linens, clothes, shoes, decor, small appliances. No garage. Only a few outdoor yard tools plus a leafblower, edge trimmer, a small electric bbq smoker and MAYBE outdoor seating set, large glass table with 8 chairs. May sell that if I'm lucky, if not have to bring it. Thank you  

The furniture is currently in storage on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator and is being moved to our house. There are other items that I didn't find a place to check it on here. The other items include, 2 large floor fans, 1 ping-pong table, 1 rolling popcorn machine, 4 floor speakers, 25 large plastic totes, 4 bean bags, 4 theater chairs, 2 outdoor propane heaters, 1 poker table, and several yard tools. All quotes must include the mover covering my mattresses, blanket/shrink wrapping my furniture, putting the beds back together at the new place. No open trailers. My furniture is too heavy and high quality for that and I expect it to be handled with care. Just to make you aware of the scope of the job, the furniture filled about 70% of an 18-wheeler when it was moved to Texas and put in storage. It was hard for me to try and list everything on here because of the lack of options, but I tried to include them in the description. These photos only represent some of the items. Like I said before, the items are in storage. I have two 10x30 storages that are full of stuff. Bid with using 3-4 movers.  

 

 

Moving 2 couches, 2 beds, an air hockey table and a lazy boy chair. Maybe about 8 boxes. Will hire movers to load up the truck.

Items accounted for: Buffet, China Hutch, Dresser, 4x5 framed flag, 2x garage silver storage shelf, standing desk, Queen Mattress, Q Bed Frame, and under bed drawers 4x, Night Stand and lamp, Tall Lamp 2x, kitchen cart, 42" tv, tv stand, round outdoor table, desk chair, 2x Longhorns, Christmas tree, 12 plastic tubs and 8 boxes already packed, Full Body Mirror, Desk Stool, 10 Items of clothing - video of storage unit available on request  

 

Everything is packed by a relocation company and the total weight is 2,420 pounds. Here are some of the items, the beds are broken down. Also a dresser and mirror are not shown I will update pictures on 8/24.  

 

 

 

 

 

There are 2 pick-up locations and 1 delivery location. First, You will move a 6th floor with an elevator 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment with Cleaning Service (Bedroom Bathroom and oven). Next, You will do a full pack of a separate 1st floor 2-bedroom apartment. This will all be moved to a 2-story house.  

The boxes are rubbermaid totes. We travel a lot, outside of the items listed, everything else is in these boxes. It's an easy move, the boxes are able to be accessed from the garage. There are (4) deer mounts. See Pics, they pretty much sum everything up
