The dump truck runs and can be driven onto a truck or trailer. There are no loading docks or ramps available at the location. The exact location of the truck is 21 miles NorthWest of Mount Vernon. All paved roads which the seller (a CDL driver) assures me a semi can get in and out for pickup.
The truck has been measured for dimensions however the weight is an estimate based on similar trucks. There are no nearby scales to get an exact weight.
To make delivery simple, I'll meet the driver at the North Powder Cafe/truck stop in North Powder, OR. This is adjacent to I-84 and approx 20 miles prior to reaching Baker City.
