To answer several questions. The tractor starts, drives and will load. The seller said the brakes need adjusting but work. The tractor is located at a small municipal airport so plenty of room to get in and out. The loading hours are 0700-1600. The load is paid for and ready to be picked up. If it is in transit a couple of days while you grab something else coming this way I do not mind.
I will give an hour or so for previous quotes to read this information. Thanks.

The dealer this tractor needs to be picked up from is open Saturday 11:30am and Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. You can pick it up any time within those hours.
Please note: I will NOT be at home to pick up delivery the morning of March 9th and also between March 12 - March 16. I can be available in the afternoon of March 9th, but I will be out of town the 12th - 16th.
If you will be available to pick up the item today (March 4th), please let me know asap and also let me know when you expect to deliver the item so I can accept your bid.
I work from home so I can be available 24/7 for pickup on days other than March 9th and and March 12 - 16.

- This tractor starts and runs, and can load on the trailer using its own power.
- This tractor is located at a tractor dealer and I don't know if loading assistance will be provided. However, you shouldn't need loading assistance as it runs and drives on its own power (see above).
- No appointment is needed to pick this item up.
- I am flexible with the delivery time and I can be available day or night as long as you don't deliver on the dates I will be out of town (see above.)
