Equipment is operational. Having not been able to see it in person I've relied on a friend of the man that recently passed away to help give as much information as possible. He lives 300 miles away. I gave the best measurements that I know to be true. I know the exact tractor and front loader model/series, but the auger, blade and mower are best guesses as they are included in the deal. I would plan to fly down and assist with pickup and can be available for drop off.  

This item can be disassembled if you have allen wrenches and adjustable wrenches.  

 

 

Unit is operational.
