Now we work for you. We have a 3000# capacity lift-gate for safe,easy loading/unloading of cargo, dozens of blankets, straps etc. to keep your items secure. Don't be fooled by middle-men who claim 1000's of trucks and drivers. When you hire us, you get us, and not anyone else, ever. If we pick it up it stays secure on our truck until delivery, no transfers(where most damage occurs) from truck to truck. Dealing with many service providers and contractors every day I was in fact shocked with honesty, integrity and dedication of Bob. All of the sudden all is done as promised, on time and without single complain. I realized how simple will be my life if I will deal with people like Bob. Note to all; if the shipment does not happen the way it was planned (my fault), cancel and rebid so shipper does not deduct deposit from final payment the way this shipper did (cheap...and rude).Had to hound him to get the pilfered payment that I did receive.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Munser confirmed via e-mail that he would be picking up the shipment on either Wednesday, 8/12 or Thursday, 8/13, with delivery to be scheduled for Friday afternoon (8/14) or Saturday morning (8/15). When I had not heard anything by Thursday evening (8/13), I contacted munser to confirm pickup. I received a response Friday morning that they were going to pick up that afternoon (instead of the previously agreed Wednesday/Thursday). The description used by shipper was misleading;rat chewed,stagnant water/garbage/maggot filled trash receptacles so bad,Chicago wouldnt use them any longer, was the reality.Shipper said 380 of them would fit in a 40' trailer,you can imagine my suprise when less than 100 fit in my 22' truck. 55-60 loads vs 25 under those conditions,is unacceptable. Shipper offered nothing for work done and did not seem to care that my helper was cut pretty badly attempting delivery at a padlocked storage yard.

I'm sorry I didn't have the opportunity to work with Bob as he seemed very professional,caring & wanting to do a good job.
