Bike was reported received in as promised conditions. Shipper was reliable and we didn't have any pressing dates for pickup and delivery. Given this, it was sort of a "fire and forget" for us and the shipper made it all work out.

I cannot say enough good things about this shipper. Bob was easy to reach and coordinated well with both the pickup and the drop off. I am actually going to send Bob a "TIP" in the form of a gift card to one of his favorite on the road eating places. Bob went over and above and pushed this CL175 up a very steep driveway. Honestly pushing a bicycle up this hill is not entirely easy. I am amazed he could even do this. Bob - Thank you. Hope to return the favor.

I couldn't have asked for more from Ted.
I had to have him coordinate with the pickup as well as my mother in law who was house sitting for us while we were on vacation. No sweat for Ted.
I would use him again for sure.
