5 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

This is an absolute estimate. Especially the boxes. i have NO idea how many boxes we'll use??? (I received an estimate for around 125) We are gona try and downsize before moving. For instance, if our new place comes with a washer and dryer, we wont be bringing ours. same goes for our grill. We have multiple guitars, a drum set, a toy room FULL of toys, many storage bins, Xmas decorations, many (one 10x12) closets full of clothes. 5 bedrooms with a few dressers and 5 beds. It took 1 LARGE and one small movers truck to move into our home and we'll probably need the same for this move. But, We need a professional opinion! Some of the pics I posted uploaded upside down (sorry). Our home is 3000 sq ft plus basement and 3 car garage. We're getting rid of all basement furniture. They only allow 10 pics and it would have taken more to really show you my home, and all the furniture we have, but I was pretty accurate on the inventory form. The dates that I put down for pickup and delivery, are flexible.We would like to move to the Phoenix area around the 1st week of June. Also, we are also driving our packed vehicles down as well. However, We can work with your schedule!

It is a 5BR house, however, we don't have much stuff on the 5th floor apart from a few boxes and bags.

TOTAL WEIGHT IS ABOUT 12K. LAST MOVE HERE IT TOOK A 16FT TRICK AND A 26 FOOT TRUCK LOADED DOWN. I WOULD DO A DRY VAN LOAD AS WELL IF YOU ONLY HAVE A SEMI. I WOULD HIRE LUMPERS FOR YOU.  

 

A moving company came to the house and said we have about 18K-20K in weight. We will hopefully sell a ton of stuff too. I moved us from Houston to Vegas 2 years ago and we used an entire 53 ft. semi. The house will be boxed up prior to truck arriving. We will take 3 days to drive to Houston and have unloaders there too. I don't want a trailer that has been used for any sort of hauling that will hurt our household items. I'm open to any suggestions. I'd like to make this move in mid-to late June but if you are headed that way I'm flexible. Thanks, Chris
