4 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

 

This job requires that movers pack and load contents from a 4 bedroom home. Packing can begin on June 22nd with delivery occurring June 23rd. Most of the contents will need to be placed in storage in New Orleans. Please include storage costs for 4-6 weeks in your quote.  

 

 

3rd time is the charm, this date will not change. Buyer on house fell through and new buyer has later close date. We apologize for having to relist this. Life throws out curveballs and our certainly has. Estimated weight=14500 estimated cubic feet=1600-1900 2 story house. Upstairs only 2 bedroom 1 bath. Staircase located next to garage entrance. Delivery will be to an empty garage, with easy access.  

 

If you are unable to transport the car provide a quote for just the move of household goods. Seeking assistance to move entire contents of house which is located in a 10 x 30 storage unit and a 1999 Honda Accord from 22191 and 30135. I was unable to get the contents in a 26 foot UHaul truck. I do not know the weight of the contents. See picture of storage. Contents in a mixture of boxes, furniture and some loose items. Larger items to be transported in the storage are 3 dressers, 2 queen size beds and adjustable bed frames, 1 king size bed and adjustable bed frame, elliptical machine. I also have two office chairs which I would like packaged and not compressed during transportation. Expectation would be that the contents of storage are loaded into a waterproof container of some sort and transported (No tarp on flatbed). Carrier would be responsible for loading and unloading. If you are a new carrier without any reviews please provide link to reviews on a secondary site. Also carrier will need to provide me with their USDOT number as well. Some items like bedframes will need to be wrapped again.

This move is 2 houses combined into 1. We have about 100 boxes or so, 4 50"TVs, 2 China Cabinets, 1 refrigerator, 1 5ft tall freezer, 3 Queen Sized beds, 1 King Size bed, 2 sets of washer and Dryers, 1 couch and loveseat, 1 living room chair. 2 kitchen tables with 6 chairs each, 15 Garbage bags of clothing. I suspect we will need a very large moving truck. Tractor Trailer?  

2x5 gun safe, 200 small boxes, 65 plastic tubs (3 gallon), 6 plastic tubs (40 gallon), bar table and 2 stools, 1 garage cabinet

moving date is 2/26/2022. moving from CA sf bay area to connecticut. (94510 to 06896) big plus will be if we can have multiple days for loading. we will probably need 28' truck/container (that what we used last time we moved)
