Hi, I'm buying an airboat and I want it delivered in St-Raymond (Portneuf) near Quebec city. I'd like to get a quote and a delivery date for it. should be picked up from White Squall Paddling Centre 53 East Carling Bay Rd. Nobel, ON, P0G 1G0 on my side I can arrange for picking the kayak from the terminal in Winnipeg, if this will be a cheaper option.  

 

This free standing aluminum boat lift is located on the front lawn of a cottage near Combermere and needs to be move to the driveway of a cottage near Bala. There is limited help at either location (one person. The preferred dates are on the weekend (Sat or Sun)  

 

 

 

The boat fits good in the back of a pickup truck with the tail gate up and the transom closest to the cab  

We are looking for a turnkey solution. Pickup in Ontario, Wye Heritage Marina. They have heavy lift equipment. Deliver in Quebec, Marina St. Mathias. They too have the forklifts to offload the boat.  

 

 

Two canoes with gear will be arriving from Baker Lake, NU to Sainte Catherine (Montreal) in September or October, 2013 by the NSSI barge company. It can be picked up anytime after that for a couple of months. The canoes will be in a 20' steel box shipping container. They will not be in a crate but we can arrange for that if needed in Montreal. Canoes will be nested and loaded with gear. Best way to move will be to unload gear, lift one canoe out of the other and carry by hand. However, a fork lift could probably slide them out length-wise and then pick them up sideways. A pallet may be needed. Top loading on a vehicle is possible and what I do with my Suburban. You will need a couple of six foot cross beams securely tied to roof rack and be good at tying knots. A truckers knot (aka power cinch) is essential and at least four strands of 3/8" rope 25' long. (I'll have some in my gear which you can find if you want). I need these in Minneapolis, MN but can meet in Windsor/Detroit or Niagara. Looking to move the boat in August 2012. The height is an estimate for now. The boat is currently on the Shuswap Lake in British Columbia and needs to go to Kenora Ontario. The dry weight is 16000lbs although I'm sure it is slightly more than that given it is on the water.  

Need boat shipped from Petawawa, ON, to St John's, NL. Boat is shrink wrapped and in a locked compound on CFB Petawawa. Trailer is homemade and needs tires repaired and a tail light repaired. Would prefer boat was shipped in a truck or on a flat bed.
