Não compareci na data e hora acordadas The shipper gave us several excuses and promised to show up several times. We stayed after hours to accommodate hims and he still never showed up. He now will not answer his phone for us or our customer. Terrible service and nothing but lies! We would not trust him now to deliver this bike. He should be banned from Uship.

O prestador de serviços não pode incluir minha carga I called the service provider and so did my customer. Mike Smith said a driver would contact me. They never did. I called Mike Smith the next day and he stated the driver backed out and he would look for another driver. I felt like he was stalling on the delivery. This is another case of a broker making promises they can't keep.
