This is consistent with the other reviews. They did deliver the item. Neither of their phones worked. They rescheduled with our clients multiple times to deliver a headboard. They taped something on the headboard and pulled it off in front of client removing gold leaf on a 900 headboard. Terrible communication but they did not break the item and it got delivered. Use your judgement when hiring. Prob OK for motorcycle and sturdy items.
