No pude contactar a este transportista después de un periodo de tiempo razonable This shipper said he would pick up around the holidays and never did, I've tried messaging and calling to see if pick up and delivery will happen and there is NO answer AT ALL, he hasn't returned any of my texts or calls, the only text he did return said that he didn't know when he would pickup. There has been no communication and he made me waste a lot of my client's time waiting for this instead of simply letting me know he wouldn't be able to do it in time. Awful experience.
