My shipment did not go as planned and it was all my fault. At pickup, even thought I was given notice prior to their arrival, my car would not start and could not be jump started. The owner called me, I explained the issue and he said he would cancel that pickup and send another truck. When a car shipment goes well, everyone is happy. When things go wrong, you want to be working with SGT Auto Transport. Great company, great people and great service. Thank you SGT!

The J&R team was great. showed up early, moved fast and treated my stuff as if it were their own. I am so happy with their service and would highly recommend using them for your shipping needs.
