Ik was er niet op de overeengekomen datum en tijdstip UPS continually showed up after 5:30, then each night was cancelling the pickup. I called 6 days later, pleading with them to come before 4'o clock. I was told that would be fine. On that day, August 1, a truck did show up at 4 but there wasn't "room" on the truck for my shipment, even though I had given the dispatcher the dimensions of what they were picking up. The driver said they would send another truck that day before 5:30, but a second truck never came. I called on August 2, and was told
