O cliente definiu a carga incorretamente e eu não posso prestar o serviço Listed as "tow away" when there was no way to tow it. Length of motor home was too long for my flatbed. I bid the job as tow away. Customer & I tried to come up with an alternative shipping, but there was none.

The method of shipment was incorrect & we could not accomodate anything other than what we bid (tow away). The rv was too long for my flatbed; that's why we bid it as a tow-away. We would never bid something we knew we could not do.

O prestador de serviços não apareceu na data e hora marcadas These guys are a joke and a disgrace to the SemperFi name. They continually lied and were difficult to get a hold of. They stated that the shipment was picked up but it never was. This fiasco ended up costing me a lot of money in lein fees from the facility the car was supposed to be pickuped at. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THESE GUYS AT ALL....

Autos and facilities were damaged and all attempts to contact and messages left with transporter Elite Staging LLC / RL Wilson Transport were un-returned.
