I have it on a palette with banding and shrink wrap. Or, it can easily fit in the back of a standard van or pickup (provided you can handle just over half a ton). I will be there to load it. We have a loading dock and so does the receiving company. I do not have a forklift so if you want it on the palette, make sure your truck is dock height or you have a lift. Or, if you have a winch on your trailer, that would work too.

We suggest you shrink-wrap & corner board the equipment to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Accessories such as sorters, paper decks, monitors, etc. must be removed and or de-installed. Do not ship accessories on top of the main unit. All toner, toner cartridges, developing assemblies, drum cartridges and waste toner bottles must be removed from each photocopier and facsimile machine. These must be packaged separately and shipped along with the equipment. Do not discard any toner cartridges or assembly, as you will be liable for additional charges.
There will not be anyone available to help with the loading and unloading of this machine. Also I need to have the machine prepped for shipping.
