Unit is at a wood shop, owner said no problem to get a truck in or out. Will be going to a wood shop / farm. There will be a tractor, and usally another person around to unload if needed. I have had many 40' trailers there but can be tricky in winter due to conditions and snow banks. If needed can meet with PU truck and off load elsewere. There is no specific dead line to meet for shipping time.
