We have been trading since 2000 and travel all over the UK mainland - all freight is wrapped and strapped when it is within our transport system, we care about your items that you have purchased and treat them as if they were our own. No matter what freight we carry all is treated the same - be it a pallet of goods or a porcelain figure, every item is treated with the utmost care - should your purchase have been bought by you via a photo online, we will check it and photograph it for any visible marks and scratches and inform you of such. Most of our contact with you will be via email - where you will be asked to provide a phone number be it land-line or mobile where you can be contacted. You will be informed when we have collected the item and when you should expect delivery. All payments can be made via Paypal or by paying cash to the driver. A receipt will be issued. An invoice will be raised for your records and either given to you with the delivery or mailed later.
