Hello there. We aim to collect and deliver your item(s) within 10 working days from the day you accept our quote, however most of the time we are able to collect and deliver customers goods within 5 working days. Your goods will be covered in blankets and securely strapped in a van to avoid any damage, also we have Goods in Transit insurance cover for up to £10000. We will give you a two hour window for collection and delivery, so you will not have to wait for us all day. We are not able to accept cash or cheque payments and we will always ask the payment upfront. You can pay by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit / Debit card. Please note that we are not able to provide any credit facility unless agreed otherwise in advance. Our drivers are working on their own, so if your item is heavy or large help with loading / unloading will be required at both ends. We look forward to hear from you. Thank you!
