If you do have any concerns with our driver's or my company as a whole, then please log your concern with our driver at the time of delivery/Pick up and I will endeavor to deal with any complaints or issues you may have within three working days from receiving your complaint or issue. We also want our customer's to feel in control of how and when their chosen good's are to be picked up and transported. Myself personally as the business owner loves driving and I am a defensive driver and enjoy doing what I do best at, which is driving and putting a nice warm smile on my customer's face every time I pick up and deliver your chosen good's.
