Single operative company;; no overheads other than running costs; been in operation 2years mainland U.K, Have never undertaken any delivery which i had doubts about. My operation method is I bid for a delivery, and if successful a payment either in full on collection or Half on collection, and the remaining half on delivery, and the load will not be released, until full payment secured; This may seem harsh,but 85% of my customers have agreed to my method; those that did not; did not secure my services;; If full payment not secured on delivery; item or items will be stored in dry storage,for a maximum of 7days, after which further costs are incured at a rate of £45per or the equivalent in euros, this will carry over for a further 7days, after which they become my items to dispose of, this has never happened and i hope it never do,s
