I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment When we first went for this shipment we was told it was flat packed, then we found out it was a modular unit with very expensive units & granite worktops, the total cost was over £20,000 which the client kept quiet from us, we had all the right equipment to do this job for the customer from start to finish, client knew what type of van we had this is stated in our profile along with photos, the person who was meant to be coming was taken ill hence my wife came along, u need 3 to lift this item

This commentary is vile deceit- I included an image of the kitchen and detailed every component in depth, giving both the size and weight of each item, all as can be verified by uship. The courier who sucessfully completed the task was able to fully resouce it as they had taken the time to read exactly what was being transported as all the information was available for anyone to read and comprehend. Given the injustice of this feedback i wish uship to remove this scurilous feedback.

The service was truly excellent, well reourced, capable, careful & polite. They moved a shipment with delicate, very heavy and valuable components 400+ miles for me and everything is just as it should be- I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I would certainly use them again.

The courier does not have a suitable vehicle and turned up with his wife to lift it. That was under resourcing. he and i agreed that he was unable to carry out the task

the customer misrepresented this shipment when we accepted the bid, the kitchen was worth over 20K,for which we was not told at the time of our bid, it also included the oven/hob as well, my wife came as well as the person who was helping was taken ill this was done as to not let the customer down, client knew what type of van we had as shown in our profile, items we went to pick up at the shop were not as stated in our bid to the customer.
