Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward the customer stated that an auto transport was required . we set that up thru a transport company we use and the customer refused to accept that the car was to be transported by a secondary company. we then decided to not do her move.

superior customer! was really flexiable w/ our space issue and we are glad that she was willing to let us bring the overflow at a later date! seriously couldn't have asked for a better customer and look forward to doing business with you again if need be!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I spoke with Gary and everthing was scheduled to be picked up on Monday the 22 then he called Sunday informed me that someone was coming Sunday for house shipment and a different mover was coming Monday to pick up my car. That seemed alittle suspecious to use two separate movers for the price I was paying so I asked him if I could have his dot # to check his company out and all information he gave did not check out and could not be verified. Im not shipping with a company that cant be verified.

my dot and mc # are listed thru safemover.com and because he couldnt verify he choose to not use our company. we understand that safety of your belonings is important. good luck with you move and god bless you.

I was nervous about using uship - giving your things to a stranger and hoping they get to your new address, but Larry was great. Everything went as planned. When he pulled up and I seen the space inside his truck I never thought my stuff would fit, but let me tell you this man knows how to stack stuff and use every inch of space. He was very helpful and if I every had to move I would only want to use Larry. Good job - you were more than I expected.
