The customer was happy with the delivery, even though we had to remove parts, but the driver rebuilt parts onto item as per collection, I would like to personaaly thank the customer for her business, and her understanding of the situation.

This was the 2nd time we used Rick on the back of a good experience 1st time. Rick was able to beat off the competition on price but still provide an excellent service and at very short notice. He kept me updated at all times on collection & delivery and looked after the item which was a delicate piece of furniture. I even got feedback from the seller (who Rick collected the item from) that he had been extremely careful with the furniture. Very pleasant to deal with & would definitely use again. Rick took this pick up and delivery on at very short notice (about 10pm on Friday night for delivery on Saturday!). He engaged in good communication throughout the day and went out of his way to deliver an antique piece of furniture to us taking up all of his Saturday. The furniture was well protected during transit and we were pleased with the service. Would use again.
