After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We have no booking office and we deal with enquiries and bookings at the same time. I did agree collection times with customer online and we tend to contact collection end once we know exact times of collection. The job was due to be carried out on Saturday and we hadn't had a chance to contact collection end as tomorrow morning was the time to confirm puck ups etc.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - No recognisable phone number - no response to email. They have zero communication. They had no intention of carrying out the job. There is a reason why they already have a cancellation and NO feedback to speak of. Don't say you haven't been warned!!!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No contact has been made - his phone is off and doesn't respond to emails. He hasn't communicated with the other party regarding time and has had no communication with me other than to get me to accept his offer. Couriers like him should be struck off the site as it gives the site a bad name.

Wesent you over 6 messages discussing puck up days and delivery days and everything was agreed before you accepted our quote. We do have our timescale we contact our customers and obviously you got very impatient because we couldn't reply an email at that time? We drive a lot during the day and we do try to correspond when we get a chance and at time it's not always straightaway. We do apologise but we did nothing wrong and we always make sure we give people dates and time's as appropriate

The whole service was excellent. The company had superb communication - always on the end of the phone and emailed immediately. The drivers also phoned before hand and were very friendly. I am very happy with the service and would certainly use them again. Thanks very much.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!! I truly can't speak highly enough of Courier Kev and his wife. They communicated superbly and went beyond the call of duty to courier the table and chairs before Christmas. I HIGHLY recommend them and would most definitely use them again. Thank you so much. I hope Courier Kev gets a break over Christmas - he deserves it!!
