They had some difficulty contacting the person at the pick up point but they were very persistant and kept me up to date via email very effectivly. Considering this was a low cost job I was surprised. Im cannot comment on the drivers and vans as I did not see them at all but the furniture arrived in one piece and no damage, and very quickly once it had been picked up. I would use again.
