There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved shipment booked as 75x75x50 30 kg now as per the info here so we needed 25 pounds extra. would not pay we can do any way for extra . would not give deposit back if i was you uship

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider kept delaying the shipping date. Initially they said they could not fix a delivery date until their accounts department had confirmed that they received full payment. Then they said they needed an email address, not a telephone number, for the collection location and put it back again until I could obtain one.
