The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We then agreed a 2nd date and time, same unreliable service again, failed to collect on agreed date and time. After I emailed him notifying him I needed positive arrangemnts confirmed by the next morning,I received no reply until early evening with a feeble excuse and by then had made alternative arrangements with another courier. This service is totally unreliable and I want a refund.
