Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I paid in full two months ago.
The supplier was on holiday and found it hard to communicate.
Eventually they did and promised to carry out the job.
That was over 2 weeks ago. I can't get through to them. They never answer their phone or texts.
I would like to collect the box myself now and get a full refund.
