Alright C+; done within the one month request, was given no warning of impending collection just a call at 3am, previously asked the RAC & garage to leave the key's on the tyre in case it was collected outisde working hours. In a goodwill gesture for WAllen to ease collection.
Keys not left out as requested. Uh oh. And WAllen arrived at 3am, Frenchie obv' asleep so was charged a waiting fee. I shoudln't have bothered to help as it cost me £125 more.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Spoke to David by phone and he said there was a problem with insurance. So I decided to relist than wait around. Not convinced.
