A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I explained to the Customer that we consolidate items to keep the cost down. I at no stage bad mouthed the customer. I have been in the transport industry for over 30 years, and know when and how to resolve a problem. I offered to pay the seller the amount due, so as to make the journey viable. It was declined. The seller also added that another transport operator had arrived last week to collect the same item but he would not release it because of non payment. I feel I did everything to resolve

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment had to be delayed from the originally agreed date and time. Service Provider was informed and acknowledged the change, before going ahead and traveling 30 miles to force the pick-up and delivery on the original date anyway. Service Provider then badmouthed me (customer) to the person they were picking up the merchandise from, called me and insulted me, and tried to strong-arm me into making the delivery going ahead on the day when neither me nor the seller were comfortable with it.
Response from CIDI: The facts have been misunderstood here. I explained to the customer, when I arrived at the collection point that I was there in case his payment had gone through.(I was in the area anyway) It hadn't. I then offered to pay the seller the £82 in cash. allowing me to get the goods and deliver at the agreed time. the buyer took this offensively. All I tried to do was resolve a situation. This according to the seller was the 2nd time someone had tried to collect.If trying to help is offensive, well..
